Parcel Cotone
A canvas combination version of Atelier nuu's iconic series, which has attracted attention in magazines and other media. This is a retro "Dulles" type 2-way bag that can be opened with one touch.
In addition to its simple yet unique appearance, the large opening makes it easy to see and remove the contents, making this a very popular design.
A natural combination of domestic cowhide and Kurashiki canvas
The main body is made of extra thick chambray canvas made from 100% natural materials and woven in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture.
The handles and frame are made of domestically produced shrink leather with a fine grained texture.
Chambray is a plain weave fabric that uses a colored warp thread and white (or a different colored) weft thread.
This bag is woven using thick threads of natural fibers (cotton) that are tightly woven together, giving it a thick, naturally firm texture.
Sustainable material selection
The tannery that produces this domestically produced shrink leather is the only one in Japan to have received the LWG certification, which is only given to tanneries that comply with strict international standards for environmental protection. This leather has a low environmental impact, having been produced in an environment that respects wastewater treatment, prevention of air pollution, and a good working environment.
The lining is made of "Ecopet," a polyester fabric made from recycled PET bottles.
