We ship via EMS (Express Mail Service).
*Shipments to the United States only will be delivered via Yamato Transport International.

Payment

Please pay with a credit card that can be used for shopping in Japan.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be charged separately.
*When placing an order, the system may display "Free Shipping" in some places, but please note that international shipping is not eligible for the "Free domestic shipping on purchases over 11,000 yen" campaign.

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and weight.
It will take some time to finalize the shipping cost as we need to confirm the weight.

Important Notes

・Returns and exchanges are not possible for international shipments.
・There are some countries to which we cannot deliver. *Reference
・If customs duties, consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, etc. are charged by the destination country after shipping, these will be borne by the recipient.
*For details, we recommend checking with the customs website or shipping carrier before purchasing.
・If the shipping address is incorrectly or incompletely provided, delivery may be delayed or impossible.
・If delivery is not possible due to an incomplete shipping address, or if the recipient does not receive the package within the delivery period specified by the shipping company, any incurred costs will be borne by the customer.
　Please ensure that the shipping address and recipient are in a state where they can reliably receive the order.
・Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, natural disasters, customs procedures, or other force majeure. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.

・In the event of a refusal to receive the package for reasons attributable to the customer for international shipping, all costs incurred for return or disposal (return shipping fees, local handling fees, disposal fees, etc.) will be borne by the customer.If customs duties or import taxes are incurred, please pay them directly to the delivery company upon receipt.
Please also note that if the returned product is not in a resalable condition, you will be responsible for the full product price.

Items not eligible for international shipping

Items from PORTER (Yoshida Kaban), material samples (ordered alone), and cream, liquid, and spray products are not eligible for international shipping.
