＜Shipping＞

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service.

For items in stock at our store: ...Orders placed by 2 PM will be shipped the same day.
・For other items ordered from the manufacturer: ...Arrives and ships as early as the next day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and business holidays).
　In the unlikely event that an item is currently being manufactured: ...We will inform you of the completion date.

*While we strive to reflect on the page if an item is difficult to procure for an extended period, there may be cases where you have to wait due to stock running out at the manufacturer.

＜Request regarding delivery＞

・We will inform you of the delivery date in the order confirmation email, but if you were not at home, please contact the Yamato Transport sales office listed on the missed delivery slip within 6 days.
・If you are absent for a long period, the package will be returned to our store. In such cases, we may charge you for the shipping fees incurred and the round-trip shipping fees for resending the package. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
