Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport's courier service.

Products in stock at the store: Orders placed by 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Products ordered from other manufacturers: will arrive and be shipped the next day at the earliest (excluding weekends, holidays, and non-business days).
If the item is currently in production, we will inform you of the expected completion date.

*If it is difficult to order for a long period of time, we will try to reflect this on the page in advance, but there may be cases where you have to wait because it coincides with the manufacturer running out of stock.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The expected delivery date will be provided in a confirmation email.

<Request regarding delivery>

・We will inform you of the delivery date in the order confirmation email, but if you are not at home when you receive your order, please contact the Yamato Transport office listed on the delivery slip within 6 days .
・If you are absent for an extended period of time, your package will be returned to our store. We may charge you the shipping fee for the return shipment and the shipping fee for the return shipment. Please be aware of this before using our service.
