Brand Story

その歴史は、1913年、ニューヨークでアーヴィン・ショット、ジャック・ショットの兄弟によって始まった。
当初はレインコートを作る工場だったが、1928年に世界で初めてフロントジッパーを採用したライダースジャケット「Perfecto」シリーズを発売。
ボタン仕様しかなかった当時、画期的なジャケットとして話題となり、その後のライダース史に大きな影響を与えた。 そして、Schottの名を世界に知らしめたのが50年代に発表された星型のスタッズをエポレットに配した伝説のモデル ワンスター だ。
ラモーンズやセックスピストルズをはじめ、多くのアーティストやモーターサイクリストに支持され、時代を超えた永遠の定番として今なお多くの人々を魅了する。
最近では定番モデルだけでなく、カジュアルラインも充実させるなど、常に時代に合わせて進化を遂げる革新性も忘れない。
