"Dual" is Ikenohata Ginkawaten's high-end line brand, with meticulous attention to detail from materials to stitching.
It features unisex items primarily using pull-up leather from the long-established Belgian tannery, Masuya & Co., with decorative creasing and ornamental metal fittings as accents.

| Material description | 【What is Saddle Leather?】 It's named after its use in horse saddles. It's a type of vegetable-tanned leather, but its distinguishing feature is that it's impregnated with a generous amount of oil after tanning to enhance its strength and durability. It's also highly flexible due to its high oil content. 【What is Pull-Up Leather?】 Pull-up leather gets its name from the "pull-up effect," which is a processing method that involves impregnating the leather with a lot of oil during its production to give it depth. When the leather is bent or stretched during use, the oil moves, creating a rich visual change in its appearance. The part used is typically the shoulder of an adult cow, which is thicker on average among cowhide. It is characterized by its high fiber density and exceptional firmness, and its transparent luster will further increase with use and gradually become familiar, developing into a material unique to you. |
