Dual / RUST TIME UK Saddle Leather
Robust UK saddle leather, simple yet sophisticated design
The strap and flap are made from robust UK saddle leather from the prestigious British company J&F.J BAKER.
The bag body uses soft oil shrink leather, allowing you to enjoy not only its practicality but also the difference in leather quality.
The mame-sashi metal fittings for opening and closing the flap, which serve as an accent to the design, are an original Dual design.
By attaching and detaching the strap, it can be used in two ways: as a shoulder bag or a brief bag.
Material
The finest saddle leather from J&FJ Baker, a long-established British tannery.
Using traditional tanning methods that date back to Roman times, they produce harness leather from bulls raised in the region, taking as much time as they did in ancient times.
Because the wax penetrates even the fine fibers of the leather, it has nearly double the density of regular leather and boasts excellent strength and water resistance. All finishing is done by hand using traditional tools, with the optimal oil and grease applied for each leather.
The expression of the leather varies depending on the part; the butt area is relatively smooth, while the shoulder area has deep wrinkles.
With use, it gains luster, deepens in color, and develops a richer leather texture.
Point
Hardware
These are the mame-sashi metal fittings for opening and closing the flap, which add an accent to the design.
A classical arabesque pattern is engraved.
When the flap is opened
The main compartment features decorative crease lines.
Inside, there are two open pockets, convenient for storing small items.
The dual and tannery leather logos are also charming.
Belt
Adjustable shoulder strap.
It has a moderate width to reduce the burden on your shoulder.

UK saddle leather, made in England, may have minor scratches from transport to Japan or from the animal's life. Additionally, due to the nature of leather, wrinkles, blood vessels, dimples, or pinholes may occasionally be seen on the surface, and there may be individual differences in color shades. These are unavoidable characteristics of leather, so please understand this before purchasing. |
