The logo embossed all over the highly colored steer hide leather is playful.

The distinctive PORTER logo on the exterior is embossed on the leather surface by skilled craftsmen who adjust the heat and pressure. The main material used is thick North American steerhide. After dyeing the base, the leather is dyed using a "roll coater" machine, which applies dye to the leather by rotating multiple rollers containing the dye. This dyeing method also has the effect of tightening the fibers, as the pressure evenly smooths the leather surface, resulting in a tough leather that is resistant to rubbing and scratches. The dyeing process with the "roll coater" is repeated four times, which is also why it has such good color development. The edges are also meticulously polished for a careful finish.
